The Nimble website usability testing was conducted to improve the user experience for patients on a mobile device. With the average self-serve user age being 40, versus the average Nimble user age of 50, Nimble wanted to increase the self-serve ratio of patients 50+ years old.
The objective of our research was to evaluate the usability, comprehension and completion of actions that patients frequently take on the app: Placing an order for a refill, checking an order status, and checking insurance information.
The goal was to learn about user interaction with Alexa, the user’s opinions and their usage in the context of their everyday life. We did this by visiting users in their homes and observed their usage in their intimate and honest spaces.
